I’m Colette Browning
I joined Lincoln Institute in 1984 as a lecturer in the School of Behavioural Sciences. This appointment kick started my academic career. With the development of the first multidisciplinary programs of teaching and research in gerontology in Australia, I was able to make a significant contribution to the growth of the field with my Lincoln colleagues and continue this work globally.
As a young psychologist, Lincoln opened my eyes to the importance of working with the other health disciplines to make a real impact on the health and well-being of our communities. Many of my Lincoln colleagues continue to make significant contributions and I am proud to be part of the legacy of Lincoln.
